It has grown to become traditional for Gdańsk Transport Company S.A. to organise the Christmas card competition. Recently, from among the entries received the jury has selected the drawing which will become the face of this year’s Christmas card the company will send to its cooperating entities. The drawings were made in an array of techniques: painted with pastels, wax oil crayons, collage-glued, coloured, and sketched. There were as many as 55 entries received in the competition, the works so varied, colourful, and original in their concept that the selection of the winning three was far from easy.
That is why, alongside the three main prizes and two distinctions, we have awarded seven extra awards, e.g. for the use of unusual raw materials such as a piece of roofing paper, or the following original slogan: ‘Let me say this: I can pay any money to arrive safe for Christmas!’, or a fantastic portrait of Ambrose.
Here are the winners of the competition:
Place 1 – Kacper Mikuła- Ośrodek Wspierania Dziecka i Rodziny w Inowrocławiu
Place 2 – Maciej Pasztak – Bydgoski Zespół Opiekuńczo – Wychowawczy
Place 3 – Olivier Młynek – Dom Dziecka w Chełmnie

In pursuance of the Safety – My Second Name campaign and its Stop by the Rules action, AmberOne A1 Motorway has had an adventure episode film developed, each episode carrying a moral message. The series is made up of several educational episodes pondering ways of stopping safely on the motorway and other issues.
There are 6 new episodes in the series altogether, three already had its premiere and three more will have it till the end of 2017. Those three are devoted to the following aspects of safe travelling: packing, breaks during the travel and application AmberOne. The other three, focusing on such issues as reading the km poles, keeping the right distance between cars and watching the accidents, will be shown till the end of this year.
The film stories develop in a light, humorous mood. Their star is a smart alec – boy son of the main characters, who wittingly shocks the parents with his knowledge of the ‘dos and don’ts’ while driving.
The films are available on the motorway youtube profile: https://www.youtube.com/user/gtcamberone and on its FB https://www.facebook.com/AmberOneAutostradaA1/videos/?ref=page_internal
