Safety, My Second Name – or Travel Safe to Your Summer Refuge on the A1 AmberOne Motorway

As of 27 July till 2 August 2015 speed checks will be conducted on the A1 AmberOne Motorway together with the Road Traffic Department of the Voivodship Police Headquarters in Gdańsk and Bydgoszcz. Next controls are planned at the end of August.
In addition, on each Tuesday and Thursday of the vacation season, random checks of seat-belt fastening and the way children are carried will be held on selected motorway junctions (Rusocin, Swarożyn, and MOP Olsze). Each driver will receive guidelines to correct seatbelt fastening and an auto-bag set, that is a mobile garbage container.
The actions will be taken to increase safety and sense of comfort among the travellers on the A1 AmberOne Motorway.

Km 65+150 to 74+980 between the Kopytkowo – Warlubie junctions:

The Warlubie junction is closed in the direction of Gdańsk. MOP Gajewo is closed in the direction of Gdańsk.

Traffic takes place on two lanes in the direction of Łódź and one lane in the direction of Gdańsk.

Km 24+600 to 30+000 between the Swarożyn – Pelplin junctions:

The Swarożyn junction is closed in the direction of Łódź.

Traffic takes place on two lanes in the direction of Gdańsk and one lane in the direction of Łódź.
