The Finals of the Christmas Competition!

It has grown to become traditional for Gdańsk Transport Company S.A. to organise the Christmas card competition.  Recently, from among the entries received the jury has selected the drawing which will become the face of this year’s Christmas card the company will send to its cooperating entities.  The drawings were made in an array of techniques: painted with pastels, wax oil crayons, collage-glued, coloured, and sketched.  There were as many as 55 entries received in the competition, the works so varied, colourful, and original in their concept that the selection of the winning three was far from easy.

That is why, alongside the three main prizes and two distinctions, we have awarded seven extra awards, e.g. for the use of unusual raw materials such as a piece of roofing paper, or the following original slogan: ‘Let me say this: I can pay any money to arrive safe for Christmas!’, or a fantastic portrait of Ambrose.

Here are the winners of the competition:

The ceremony of presenting the prizes and diplomas was held in Grabowiec on 13 December 2017.  The winners themselves received prizes in kind, whereas financial awards went to their educational institutions.  In addition, each participant in the competition was distinguished with a souvenir and the children-audience at the ceremony had an opportunity to participate in a specially designed first-aid competition and take a trip around the Motorway Maintenance Area.  Above, you can see the prize-winning works; to watch the report on the ceremony go to our FB profile.

Km 0 to km 2+420 Rusocin junction

Stage 2: partial closing of the gates. Traffic on the roadway in the direction of Gdańsk runs in one lane.

Km 50+600 to 57+300 between Pelplin -Kopytkowo junctions:

Traffic takes place on two lanes in the direction of Gdańsk and one lane in the direction of Łódź.

Km 65+150 to 74+980 between the Kopytkowo – Warlubie junctions:

The Warlubie junction is closed in the direction of Gdańsk. MOP Gajewo is closed in the direction of Gdańsk.

Traffic takes place on two lanes in the direction of Łódź and one lane in the direction of Gdańsk.
