On Thursday, April 24, work will begin on the section at km 35+889 to 43+350 between the Pelplin – Kopytkowo junctions, where the roadway in the direction of Łódź will be renovated, and traffic will take place in two lanes in the direction of Gdańsk and one lane in the direction of Łódź. In addition, the Pelplin junction in the direction of Łódź will be closed. Vehicles going in the direction of Łódź will not be able to exit the motorway in the direction of Pelplin and Starogard, or enter the motorway in the direction of Łódź. In addition, the Olsze MOP in the direction of Łódź will be closed.
Renovation works on this section will take about 5 weeks, their completion depends on weather conditions.
At the same time, work is underway on the section at km 57+300 to 65+150 between the Kopytkowo-Warlubie junctions, where the roadway in the direction of Gdańsk is being renovated, and traffic is moving in two lanes in the direction of Łódź and one lane in the direction of Gdańsk. In addition, the Kopytkowo junction in the direction of Gdańsk is closed. At the interchange, it is not possible to exit the motorway from the direction to Gdańsk onto the provincial road No. 231, or to enter the motorway in the direction of Gdańsk.
Works on this section should be completed in the second half of May.
The speed limit on the renovated section is 80 km/h.
Drivers are asked to increase concentration and follow the temporary traffic organization signs.
