The opening of the entrance towards Łódź at the Nowe Marzy junction is planned today at 4.00 p.m.
In the late afternoon, possible difficulties in the vicinity of the renovated section at km 35+889 to 43+350 between the Pelplin – Kopytkowo junctions, related to the change in traffic organization and preparations for the commissioning of the section, which will take place in the evening of June 18. The Olsze MOP in the direction of Łódź remains closed.
Work is still underway on a 9-kilometre section – from km 81+300 to km 90+000, between the Warlubie – Nowe Marzy junctions. On this section, the roadway in the direction of Gdańsk is being renovated, traffic is taking place in two lanes in the direction of Łódź and one lane in the direction of Gdańsk.
The Nowe Marzy junction will remain closed in the direction of Gdańsk, which means that vehicles going in the direction of Gdańsk cannot enter the motorway in the direction of Gdańsk or exit the motorway to the S5 expressway and the national road DK91.
The speed limit on the renovated section is 80 km/h.
Drivers are asked to increase concentration and follow the temporary traffic organization signs.
