From Saturday, 18 May 2024, on the 8-kilometre section of the Motorway towards Łódź (km 35+889 to 43+350 km), traffic will take place in two lanes in the direction of Łódź and one lane in the direction of Gdańsk. The Pelplin junction will be closed in the direction of Gdańsk. It will not be possible to exit the motorway in the direction of Pelplin or enter the motorway in the direction of Gdańsk. In addition, the Olsze MOP in the direction of Gdańsk will be closed. The renovation works will take ca. 7 weeks, their completion depends on weather conditions.
In addition, work will be continued on the section at km 9+350 to 17+300, where the roadway towards Łódź is closed, and traffic takes place on the left roadway, two lanes in the direction of Gdańsk and one lane in the direction of Łódź. In addition, the Stanisławie junction in the direction of Łódź is closed. At the interchange, it is not possible to exit the motorway in the direction of Tczew or enter the motorway in the direction of Łódź. Works on this section should be completed at mid June.
The speed limit on the renovated sections is 80 km/h.
Drivers are asked to increase concentration and follow the temporary traffic organization signs.
